* Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customers
* Manages the overall project plan and coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
* Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
* Create Technical specifications and offers
* Ensure resource availability and allocation
* Tracks progress through a solid project plan and ensure the on-time and on-budget delivery of projects.
* Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
* Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and allocated budget
* Measure project performance using appropriate tools
* Report and escalate to management as needed
* Establish and maintain relationships with clients & third parties
* Attend client & project meetings
* Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation

The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, team player, self-driven and flexible, and have the following qualifications:

* University Degree, preferable in the fields of business administration, it, marketing
* 3 years working experience in project management in the digital field
* Solid management background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in digital projects (UX/UX/IT)
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Decision Making & Teamwork skills
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (GR & ENG)
